Karika 11 (https://karika11.app) is an online Sports Betting and entertainment platform. By using this platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Please read the full document carefully before using the platform for the first time.

One Person, One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is also strictly prohibited.

Account Security

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

• If an event is cancelled or does not take place, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Bets placed by exploiting system errors may be voided and the account suspended.

Deposit Methods

Withdrawal Process

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Karika 11. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for illegal financial transactions.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts to gain bonus benefits.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting system errors to place winning bets.
• Bots or Automated Software: Using software or bots to place bets instead of a real person.
• Impersonation: Using another person's identity or payment method.
• Misconduct: Abusive behavior toward support staff or other users.

Karika 11 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances.

• Evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions is found.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (generally 12 months).
• As required by legal directives or regulatory authorities.

Voluntary Account Closure

You can close your account at any time. Simply withdraw your remaining balance and notify our support team. For responsible gaming, you can also voluntarily pause your account or set spending limits whenever you need.

Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts. Once the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

• Financial losses resulting from sharing account credentials with others.

Karika 11 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified on the platform at least 7 days before any changes take effect. For significant changes, users will be notified directly via their registered email or mobile number.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first. The team will respond within 48 hours. If the issue remains unresolved, you may file a formal complaint with Karika 11's compliance department.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any legal disputes.
